Home & School Association

This year’s executive committee members are Ricardo Arteaga, President; Sonia Paleo, Vice-President; and Yolanda de la Cruz, Secretary. We are planning many activities for HSA this year and encourage families to become involved on every level: celebrations and special events, fund-raising and adult education.

Plan to come and enjoy a Back-to-School Family Picnic on Thursday, September 16 from 3:30pm to 7:00pm. More information on this event will be sent home soon.

The first meeting for parents will be on September 14 at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. The eight sessions will be held on the second Tuesday of the month and will focus on Financial Literacy, Effective Household Management, and Positive Parenting. Expect to receive more information on our adult educational programs during the coming weeks.

Home and School Association’s first fundraiser "Sugar & Spice" will begin on September 17 and end on October 6. Students will be selling all kinds of goodies from cookie mix to nuts to flavored popcorn and so on. Please participate in this fundraiser and help support various school activities.
